This elegant black key from a 1922 Smith Corona is a very flat and neat key that fits perfectly in the holder. With a beautiful black background, the white symbols unfold elegantly and clearly to the viewer. All of these pieces are in very good state fortunately.
This key would be the equivalent of the Shift Lock in English keyboards, and it was used to lock the carriage so that you could type in Capital letters. I love the font and the aesthetics of it! I also love how the words are spread throughout the paper in a circular way, something not very common in typewriter keys (normally the text is horizontally displaced).
