This is a very rare key. It belongs to an Underwood Portable from 1930´s. The underwood Company fabricated this model between 1930 and 1936, a smaller and more portable model so that journalists could transport it more easily. I really like the flat white of the paper and the symbolism of the circle (ordinal indicator).
"ordinal indicators" corresponds to the suffixes -st, -nd, -rd, etc, commonly placed on the superior right side of the number and often underlined. There is masculine ordinal indicator (º) and feminine ordinal indicator (ª) in the Spanish language. In this case we have the neutral one in the English language with the pond symbol (£).
