What I like about the forward slash symbol (/) is that it serves to indicate line separations in poetry. The slash represents what would normally be a line break if the text was formatted using verse rather than prose. In this key, this symbol with the period (.) gives a "musical" appearance as if it was some sort of symbol for a music chart.

This incredible white key belongs to an Underwood from the decade of the 20´s. I love how delicate she is, with a very thin font and a shape that resembles more to an elipse than a circle. Most of the keys of this typewriter have dust inside of them, giving them a very antique look and making each and one of them really special.
