This key belongs to a 1920 Spanish Underwood. It is probably one of the oldest pieces that I have in my collection and very rare to find. This key would be the equivalent of the Shift Lock in English keyboards, and it was used to lock the carriage so that you could type in Capital letters. Its bone color shows the passing of time and the beauty of antique objects.
