Lilu came to me with an equalization issue—she was stuck at around 25m and felt she didn’t have any more air to Frenzel with. I identified this as an air shift problem and introduced her to N-Charge, a technique that helps move air from the lungs to the oral and nasal cavity (different from reverse packing).

In a two-hour session, I guided her through various exercises, and she picked it up quickly. From there, she continued diving with another instructor and progressed to greater depths in the following days.

Anna came to Panglao looking to refine her overall skills, particularly in pool disciplines. Over the course of a week, she made remarkable progress—especially in DNF, where we reduced her cycles from 10 to just 4 in a matter of days.

Our training covered a wide range of key aspects: technique, mental preparation, competition strategy, dry and pool drills to continue back home, stretching, and crucial details like pre-dive breathing and long-term training periodization.

It was a pleasure working with her, diving deep into these essential topics, and witnessing her dedication and enthusiasm firsthand.
