• Turn – Captured from both top and side angles.
• 30m – To assess speed and stroke/finning frequency, including push-off, 25m, and turn, recorded from both underwater and above, works too.)Video Analysis – I carefully review your footage to identify areas for improvement.
Live Feedback Session – We go over your videos together in a video call, explaining key improvements and providing personalized tips and exercises to refine your technique.
