  1. Send Me Your Videos – I need clear footage of:
    Wall Push-off – Underwater, side view.
    Arm Stroke & Kick (DNF) or Finning (DYN/DYN-BF)– Underwater (side) + Above water (top view).
    Turn – Captured from both top and side angles.
    30m – To assess speed and stroke/finning frequency, including push-off, 25m, and turn, recorded from both underwater and above, works too.)

  2. Video Analysis – I carefully review your footage to identify areas for improvement.

  3. Live Feedback Session – We go over your videos together in a video call, explaining key improvements and providing personalized tips and exercises to refine your technique.

IMPORTANT: Always perform these drills with safety and safe distance (remember we are just checking technique).

    Way down – Side view
    Freefall position – Shallow early freefall (side view)
    Turn - Shallow turn at a comfortable depth
