Behavioral Wildlife Guidelines *

By participating in activities with TANIA PANES FREEDIVING EXPEDITIONS, I understand and acknowledge that we operate in the wild ocean, where encounters with marine life are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to create opportunities for such encounters, these are subject to natural conditions and the behavior of the animals. I also recognize that the well-being of the animals is always our top priority, and our actions will align with a strict code of conduct that respects their space and health. I accept that unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as excessive boat traffic or other individuals engaging in disruptive behavior that may disturb the animals. In such cases, we will prioritize the well-being of the animals by choosing to leave them undisturbed and refrain from participating in any activities that may contribute to harassment or overcrowding. We reserve the right to discontinue our participation in encounters if the conditions are not conducive to a respectful and safe experience for the marine life.
